Simpson's Hollow is Identified as a significant location during conflict called "The Utah War". S. soldiers with supply wagons were travelling to Utah to enforce federal laws when they were intercepted by members of the Navoo Legion.
It was reported that the supply wagons were burned and the Navoo Legion returned to Utah. This is a fee-free site. This site is ADA accessible.
