About this site
Eagle Creek National Fish Hatchery was established in 1956. Eagle Creek National Fish Hatchery supports tribal restoration programs for Coho salmon in the Yakima and Clearwater-drainages, and produces Coho salmon for local sport and commercial fisheries. 6 million Coho salmon annually.
It also has a large pollinator garden that showcases the importance of pollinators to native plants and ecosystems. m. m.
The best time to visit is during steelhead spawning operations March through June.
